Key Responsibilities
- Maintain valid NAS410/EN4179 or equivalent Level II certification in required NDT methods
- Conduct pre-inspection activities including cleaning, masking, preparation, and handling of components
- Perform NDT system checks, write techniques, and conduct inspections in line with customer requirements and standards
- Examine parts for surface discontinuities and defects, and evaluate inspection results against applicable acceptance criteria
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements during all inspection activities
- Oversee NDT facilities upkeep and housekeeping
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of NITEC or Diploma in an engineering related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a level II non-destructive evaluation/testing inspector
- NDT level II certification
- Must be able to work on rotating shifts (Day and Afternoon) and overtime if required, inclusive of weekends and public holidays
- Must be comfortable working at Seletar
Desirable
- Experienced in DRT (Digital Radiography Testing) is a plus
