About the Role
Outstanding opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to join a significant Transformation Program on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering a period of parental leave. With the program already well underway, you will step into a pivotal role responsible for maintaining momentum, driving delivery outcomes, and ensuring the continued execution of an established Technology transformation roadmap. Based in the Adelaide CBD or Mascot, Sydney, you will partner with key stakeholders across South Australia and Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
- Work across organisational design, change management, technology and property to ensure a cohesive plan delivers on required outcomes.
- Provide leadership, structure and clarity across a complex portfolio of work.
- Partner with key stakeholders across South Australia and Sydney to maintain delivery momentum.
Essential Requirements
Significant experience leading complex technology transformation programs, with strong stakeholder management skills across organisational design, change management, technology and property workstreams.
