The Opportunity
ADG is delivering Program Alkina, a significant enterprise-wide transformation program encompassing organisational redesign, ERP implementation, business process improvement, and enterprise document governance. We're seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to join the transformation team on a fixed-term basis through to June 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate program meetings, steering committee forums, working groups and workshops
- Track actions, decisions, risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation
- Support reviews and decision-making forums to ensure business requirements are understood and delivered
- Develop, coordinate and distribute program communications across ADG
- Support stakeholder engagement activities, including mapping and engagement tracking
- Maintain program governance frameworks, risk and issue registers
- Maintain centralised, version-controlled program documentation repositories
- Support change management, communication and adoption activities
Essential Requirements
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs or complex projects
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities
Desirable
- Experience supporting ERP implementations (TechnologyOne, Infor, SAP or similar)
- Experience in organisational transformation or change management
- Experience in infrastructure, aviation, transport or operationally focused environments
