As the Marketing Operations & Process Manager, you will be the operational specialist responsible for mapping, building, and continuously optimising the end-to-end workflows that power marketing campaigns across Qantas Loyalty and the Qantas Group. You will act as the workflow architect within the Center of Excellence (CoE), focusing on eliminating operational friction and removing roadblocks that slow down speed-to-market.
You will hold the master remit for developing the strategic workflows, capacity trackers, and utilisation reports required to manage enterprise resources effectively, transforming manual, fragmented practices into streamlined, high-velocity digital workflows.
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years' experience specialising in process mapping, business analysis, operations design, or workflow management within a fast-paced agency, tech, or complex corporate environment
- Tertiary qualification in Business Optimisation, Information Systems, Project Management, Marketing Operations, or an equivalent technical field
- Experience building and managing workflows in Monday.com
- Proficient with agile methodologies and business process mapping tools (e.g., Miro, Lucidchart, Visio)
- Proven experience managing complex workflow and trafficking operations across multiple teams and functions
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement operational frameworks and process improvements that deliver measurable efficiency gains
- High analytical capability, with the ability to use data to diagnose operational performance
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communicator with the ability to translate operational complexity into clear guidance for senior stakeholders
