About the Role

• Together we will deliver exceptional service and support across the Qantas business
• 9-month part-time position contract based at the Qantas Distribution Centre in Mascot
• Position classified at ASU Level 4

In this role, you will play a critical role in maintaining exceptional customer service across both face-to-face interactions and online queries, while ensuring all uniform policies such as entitlements, sizing, alterations, and fair wear and tear are correctly applied and communicated.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset
• Thorough understanding of company grooming standards
• A commitment to high standards and professionalism
• Previous experience in retail, uniforms, or the clothing industry desirable
