PSAH Drone Services is looking for a motivated individual looking to step up and run the business. This role will sit in our Drone Services business, encompassing RPAS training and drone service work.
You will be responsible for delivering our ReOC training program, becoming the Chief Remote Pilot and developing new revenue streams for the Drone Services company. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual that is looking for the freedom and support to develop their vision.
What you'll be doing
Delivering and growing the ReOC training program to the public
Nominated as Chief Remote Pilot with CASA to oversee operations and ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and safety standards
Driving a drone services business to establish ongoing work and solutions
Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to drone operations and training
Developing a small business into an established industry expert
What we're looking for
Experience RPAS pilot, with a thorough understanding of RPAS operations and regulations
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desired
Remote pilot licence for less than 25kg or more
Remote pilot licence for Powered Lift VTOL
Completed BVLOS exam or Instrument Rating Exam (IREX) highly regraded
Demonstrated success in designing and delivering effective training programs for drone pilots
Highly motivated person with strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive the business
Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities to ensure compliance with regulations
