Apprentice TIG Welder (Aerospace)

About the role

This is a 1-Year Apprentice TIG Welder Program offering hands-on experience working with advanced welding technologies, titanium aircraft components, and industry-leading professionals in a high-precision aerospace manufacturing environment. The role provides practical training, mentorship, and career development opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and perform TIG welding on aerospace components under the guidance of certified welders
• Gain exposure to titanium welding processes, specifications, and quality requirements
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical documents
• Support inspection and quality control activities to ensure compliance with aerospace standards
• Assist in equipment setup, maintenance, and workplace safety activities
• Participate in structured training, practical assessments, and continuous skills development
• Work closely with experienced welding specialists and production teams
• Contribute to repair, maintenance, and manufacturing activities for critical aircraft components

About you

• Professional Certificate / SKM / Diploma / Degree in Welding or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of TIG welding is an advantage
• Strong interest in welding, manufacturing, or aerospace careers
• Good technical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and quality
