Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Quality and equivalent
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written English
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Minimum of 1 year working experience
Responsibilities
- Apprenticeship in maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) processes for aerospace components ie. airfoil blades and vanes under the guidance and supervision of an approval holder
- Carry out routine tasks that involve consistent processes and adherence to standard procedure
Job Function
Welder
- Perform TIG welding to restore the airfoil length using Nickel and/or Titanium alloys material
Machining
- Perform repair processes using various machining equipment including shot peening, blasting, thermal spray, coating, milling, auto welding and etc
NDT Inspector
- Perform non-destructive testing on airfoil parts to evaluate defects or discontinuities as per respective NDT method requirement not limit to Penetrant testing, Eddy current testing, Radiaography testing and Ultrasonic testing
