About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Ramp Attendant to join our dynamic growing team in Karratha, WA. In this role, you will support the safe and efficient management of ramp operations and assist with daily base flight operations, reporting to the Base and Contract Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and loading/unloading of assigned aircraft for daily flight operations.
- Assist fuelling operations including rotors-running refuelling, fuel quality control and fuel sampling.
- Provide safe escort, briefing, and loading/unloading of passengers, including lifejacket checks.
- Acceptance and manifesting of cargo/freight.
- Confirm proper loading of the helicopter to meet weight and balance requirements.
- Assist with base audits, mobilisations, deployments, cyclone response and emergency evacuations.
- Wash, clean and polish aircraft, and assist Engineering in movement and towing of aircraft.
- Operate base support equipment including tugs and forklifts in support of daily flight operations.
- Perform cleaning, inspection, certification, tracking and management of all passenger and crew life jackets.
- Conduct fire watch duties on start and until the helicopter is clear of the heliport.

- Hold valid rights to reside and work in Australia.
