About the Role
dnata is currently recruiting Ramp and Baggage Agents within its Perth operation. dnata is proud to offer on-the-job training and upskilling, allowing for career progression and professional development. This is a permanent, part-time role with a guaranteed 20 hours per week, working an average of 30 hours per week, with the ability to pick up extra shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Working in and around aircraft and on the apron
- Manual handling - lifting baggage with a maximum weight of 32kg per piece
- Loading and unloading of all cargo and passenger aircraft
- Anticipating and resolving problems
- Liaising with internal/external clients, management and other relevant parties, as required
- Following direction during shift to achieve required timely aircraft scheduled departures
- Accurate data entry and processing of import/export information utilising dnata operating systems
