About the Role
Parabellum International is seeking qualified Emergency Services Officers to join an operational team in the Toowoomba region. These opportunities offer a drive-in, drive-out arrangement with accommodation provided and an immediate start preferred. Working in a safety-critical aviation environment, you will support emergency preparedness and response activities, maintain operational readiness, and contribute to a disciplined, high-performing team.
Successful candidates will work an early/late roster: Early shift 7:00am–2:00pm Monday to Thursday and 7:00am–5:00pm Friday; Late shift 2:00pm–11:30pm Monday to Thursday.

- PUA20613 - Certificate II in Public Safety (Fire Fighting and Emergency Operations), with Senior First Aid or equivalent
- Hoist litter and tag-line training in accordance with Annex E to SI(AVN)OPS 3-219, by day and night, across relevant military or civilian aircraft, with six-monthly currency maintained
- AW139 litter qualification, or equivalent, by day and night in all weather conditions
- Tag-line qualification by day and night in all weather conditions
- Emergency Site Controller qualification: PUA30613 - Certificate III in Public Safety (Fire Fighting and Emergency Operations), with Advanced First Aid, Advanced Resuscitation or equivalent
- Rescue-set operations experience using battery-operated equipment or equivalent
- Experience with Flite 13 breathing apparatus, or equivalent, for initial rescue operations
- Experience conducting regular emergency response exercise confirmation training and maintaining auditable training records
