Northwest Aviation Services (NWAS) is a dynamic company delivering ground handling services at Broome Airport, seeking Broome residents for customer service and baggage handling roles.
The Opportunity
NWAS provides full on-the-job training for new Customer Services Officers / Ramp Services Operators. As Ramp Services Operator, you'll work directly around aircraft assisting with turnarounds, baggage handling and marshalling support. As Customer Services Officer, you'll help passengers, manage check-ins and ensure flights depart smoothly.
Essential Requirements
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Current WA driver's licence
- Availability outside normal shift/flight times if required
- Willing to undergo pre-employment alcohol and drug screening at a CASA-approved facility
