The Opportunity
Group Work Health and Safety Advisor designing, implementing and leading the WHS framework across the HMC Group's aviation and tourism operations, based in Perth with domestic WA travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure legislative and regulatory WHS compliance across business units
- Design and continuously improve the WHS framework
- Manage psychosocial hazard controls and safety culture initiatives
- Oversee WHS investigations and workers' compensation matters
- Deliver training and awareness programs
Essential Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in WHS or equivalent
- 3–5 years' relevant WHS/HSE experience
- Aviation experience advantageous but not essential
- Ability to travel domestically within WA
