About the Role

We are seeking a suitably qualified Cabin Crew Training and Development Manager, located in Perth, Adelaide or Brisbane. The role is responsible for:

  • Holding safety as a core value and contributing to a zero-harm, incident/injury-free environment
  • Ensuring cabin crew and EP training is delivered to a high standard, confirming compliance with legislation and service standards
  • Ensuring compliance of cabin technical standards across training, including resolving issues with aircraft equipment or layout
  • Maintaining training material to the required regulatory standard
  • Overseeing and delivering ground school to new cabin crew recruits
  • Managing and training in-flight trainers, ground trainers and Emergency Procedures trainers
  • Actively supporting and promoting cabin safety, identifying systemic trends and incorporating risk mitigation
  • Developing and delivering appropriate training as identified by aircraft or airport inductions
  • Ensuring continual improvement of cabin crew technical and service delivery programs and ground schools
  • Demonstrating NJE company values and providing leadership to cabin crew

About You

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment highly regarded but not essential
  • A results-oriented, lateral thinker with the ability to problem-solve and trouble-shoot
  • Experience managing a team, including performance and disciplinary management
  • High level of organisational and time management skills
  • High level of attention to detail and consistency
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and cabin safety
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft applications, daily administration, filing and archiving
