Responsibilities

• Provide personalized and attentive service to all guests in the private jet lounge
• Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any special requests
• Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions to ensure a seamless experience
• Manage VIP and high-net-worth client relations, ensuring their preferences and expectations are met.
• Ensure the lounge is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and luxury.
• Ensure a high level of privacy and discretion for all guests, adhering to confidentiality protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and ensure secure handling of personal data.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requests for future visits.
• Assist in managing lounge schedules, bookings, and reservations
• Other assigned by the Company and/or supervisor.

Qualification

• Minimum bachelor's degree in any field.
• 3-5 years of Hospitality, Customer service, or a Similar role in a high-end environment (e.g., luxury hotels, private aviation, VIP services) experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Discreet, professional, and able to handle confidential information.
• Knowledge of luxury service standards and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Previous experience in private aviation or a luxury lounge environment is a plus
