About the Role
MinRes Air is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Controller to join its Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO), operating under CASA Part 145 approval, based at Perth Airport on a 4-on-3-off roster. The role provides comprehensive inventory and materials management services ensuring uninterrupted supply of aircraft parts, tooling and ground support equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate availability of parts, tooling, materials and GSE for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
- Procure aircraft parts, consumables, tooling and GSE from approved suppliers
- Inspect incoming parts, tooling and GSE for correct documentation and condition
- Oversee tooling control, calibration tracking and GSE serviceability
- Maintain accurate stock records and monitor minimum stock levels
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in inventory/materials management within a Part 145 AMO or aviation maintenance environment
- Sound understanding of CASA Part 145 requirements relating to materials, parts and tooling control
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
