Microair Avionics is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Avionics Sales Specialist to drive customer engagement and business growth across our global dealer network and customer networks in the Asia-Pacific and USA regions.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll work closely with our Sales & Marketing Manager and collaborate across the business to drive revenue, support customers, and grow our dealer network.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving Sales – Build a strong sales pipeline, owning and executing each stage of the sales cycle
Managing the Global Dealer Network - build momentum and recruit new Dealers, deepen partner relationships, and supporting their success
CRM Database Management - keep the sales engine running by actively updating, CRM data to support opportunity tracking, follow-ups, and strategic revenue growth
Product Demos and Presentations - lead engaging product demonstrations to educate customers, support Dealers, and drive sales opportunities.
Customer Support - own the customer support workflow by coordinating and progressing technical enquiries through to resolution.
Tradeshow and Industry Event Participation - attend industry events and global trade shows to strengthen partnerships, engage customers, and drive sales opportunities.
This role includes interstate and international travel. International travel is expected 3-4 times per year for industry events and dealer support activities.
About You
You are a proactive, customer-focused sales professional with strong organisation skills and a genuine passion for aviation.
You will ideally bring:
Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in sales, business development or customer engagement roles
Aviation industry exposure is preferred (pilot, maintenance, engineering, or avionics)
Confidence working with and learning technical products
Strong communication skills and a professional, engaging manner
High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
CRM experience (or strong willingness to learn)
Willingness to performing day-to-day sales administration tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience with Business Central Dynamics (highly regarded but not essential)
Role Requirements
Ability to work onsite at our Banyo, Brisbane office
Ability to travel as required
Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
