Opportunity

We are seeking full-time B1 and B2 licensed engineers at our Brisbane base. Successful candidates will join a well-established maintenance organisation supporting a diverse operational fleet. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for carrying out both line and base maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring all work meets regulatory and safety standards in a time-critical operational environment. The role requires engineers who can work autonomously, make sound technical decisions, and maintain high standards of compliance and workmanship.

Skills & Experience

-          Maintenance skills and experience on GA reciprocating engines and/or turbine engines.

-          Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical) and/or Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Avionics).

-          CASR Part 66 B1 and/or B2 licence.

-          Experience on Beechcraft 1900 aircraft is highly desirable.

-          Documentation, certificates, and training evidence in accordance with CASA regulations.

-          Pro-active and positive attitude.

-          Hold safety as a core value.

-          Broad understanding of CASA airworthiness requirements.

-          Proven ability to improvise, adapt and overcome objections/resistance and achieve goals.

-          Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

-          Applicants must be eligible for and able to maintain an ASIC.

-          Current car licence.

-          Demonstrated ability to use initiative to problem solve.

-          Strong written and verbal communication.

-          Attention to detail with commitment to comply with company policies and procedures.
