6-Month Full-Time Contract | North West Queensland | December 2026 Start
About the Role
MDH Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced, professional fixed-wing pilot for a six-month, full-time contract to cover a period of parental leave.
The position is based with a family-owned and operated beef cattle business, with the aircraft operating from a station 75 km south of Cloncurry, Queensland.
- Accommodation in Cloncurry is provided.
- A vehicle is required.
- Salary package on application.
Operating a Pilatus PC-12 NGX, the successful applicant will undertake a variety of flying duties throughout remote areas of North-West Queensland, as well as flights into major Australian cities. This role offers an opportunity to work in a unique regional aviation environment, supporting a family-owned cattle operation.
Position commencement: December 2026
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2,000 hours pilot-in-command (PIC)
- Minimum 500 hours turbine PIC
- Current instrument rating (IFR)
- PC-12 experience preferred but not essential.
