We’re looking for Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Consultant (Native Speaker) who are passionate about making a difference—one call, one email, one moment at a time. Based in Manila, you’ll play a vital role in supporting travelers around the world, offering guidance, empathy, and world-class service that reflects the Lufthansa brand.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be the front line of care: provide professional, timely, and accurate customer support through various channels (voice, email, chat).
• Resolve concerns, answer questions, and turn challenges into positive experiences.
• Stay informed about Lufthansa’s services, policies, and processes to deliver consistent and helpful information.
• Contribute to team goals and quality metrics through efficiency and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with colleagues and leaders to continuously improve how we serve our customers.
• Embrace feedback and learning opportunities to develop your personal and professional skills.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Japanese and English, with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills in both languages.
• Applications are open to Japanese nationals.
• A passion for people and a service-oriented mindset.
• Confident using digital tools and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
• The ability to stay composed and solution-focused in fast-paced situations.
• Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and professionalism.
• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus—but not required. We welcome fresh graduates and career shifters ready to learn and grow.
• Must be willing to be assigned onsite at Alabang, Muntinlupa.
• Can start on January 15, 2027
