We are currently seeking suitably qualified and motivated individuals to provide the highest levels of safety and service to our airline and its customers. Based at Brisbane Airport we are looking Ramp Agents who will be responsible for:
Ensuring safe and efficient handling of aircraft in an array of activities such as: baggage handling, aircraft towing, aircraft cleaning, receipt and dispatch of charter and scheduled flights, along with other tasks associated with the operation.
Strong communication ability coupled with a measured approach to problem solving when handling disruptions and discrepancies.
Maintaining accurate communications between all parties participating in the airline’s operation.
Representing the company image through uniform presentation, grooming excellence and customer service delivery.
Working efficiently in a team environment, as well as independently at times.
Ensuring aviation safety and security compliance relating to passengers and staff.
Essential Criteria:
You must be willing to undertake a Pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test.
You will be required to obtain an ASIC , which will require a Security check.
You will also need a valid driver’s license.
Basic – Intermediate computer skills.
Excellent communication skills – Verbal and Written.
Provide flexible availability to support the airline's dynamic operation. (24/7)
