Airside Catering Driver (HR) | Perth Airport

Do you hold a current HR Licence, ASIC and ADA, and have driven airside at Perth Airport within the last 90 days? Foodfolk Australia is looking for experienced Airside Catering Drivers to join our fast-paced and supportive team servicing aircraft across Perth Airport.

Already hold a current HR Licence, ASIC and ADA? You may be eligible for a retention bonus, subject to company terms and conditions.

The Role

This is a hands-on role that combines catering operations, customer service and airside driving. While driving and operating hi-lift vehicles forms part of the role, you'll spend much of your day loading and unloading catering equipment, catering and de-catering aircraft, supporting operational tasks and working closely with airline crew and airport staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Cater and de-cater aircraft safely, accurately and on schedule
• Load, unload and transport catering carts, equipment and supplies
• Operate HR vehicles and hi-lift trucks airside
• Provide professional service to airline crew, ground staff and customers
• Complete vehicle safety checks and follow all safety and security requirements
• Assist with stock, equipment handling and other operational support activities
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations

Essential Requirements

• Current HR Licence
• Current ASIC Card
• Current ADA Certification
• Airside driving experience within the last 90 days
• Current Western Australian Driver's Licence

Desirable

• Experience in logistics, delivery, catering or operational environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to safety, quality and customer service
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding role requiring standing for most of a shift, lifting and moving items weighing between 5kg and 20kg, and performing manual handling tasks throughout the day.
