About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the frontline team ensuring the safety and efficiency of aircraft operations at Yulara. Your role involves handling critical tasks such as bagroom operations, loading and unloading, operating specialised equipment, and ensuring the precise receipting and dispatching of aircraft.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform bagroom functions, including scanning and manual handling of luggage
  • Load and unload baggage and freight efficiently
  • Manage aircraft receipt and dispatch procedures
  • Execute aircraft pushback operations safely
  • Provide essential water and waste services
  • Operate ground service equipment on the ramp

Essential Requirements

  • High proficiency in spoken and written English
  • A valid Driver's Licence (including Provisional Licence)
  • Ability to pass Drug, Alcohol, and Audio tests (cost reimbursed after 6 months of employment)
  • Capability of obtaining an ASIC card (cost reimbursed after 6 months of employment)
  • Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Availability for 1 week of full-time paid training
