About the Role
Motivated and reliable people are sought to join the team as Trainee Aircraft Surface Refinishers, learning the skills required to support the complete aircraft resurfacing process, from preparation through to resurfacing.

Essential Requirements
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Previous experience in painting, spray painting, automotive, industrial work, trades or manufacturing advantageous but not essential
