About the Role
Enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants and a Supervisor are sought for ELRANZ's restaurant-style dining venues at Adelaide Airport, delivering attentive, personalised service on a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve guests with table service, taking orders and serving cocktails, beer, wine and spirits
- Make barista-quality coffee (training provided)
- Supervisors additionally manage rosters, train staff and monitor service standards
Essential Requirements
- Around 1 year of experience in bartending, barista work or waiting tables (Supervisor role requires 1 year supervisory experience in café/restaurant industry)
- Understanding of Food Safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol standards
- Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), including background and criminal history check
