About the Role

dnata catering & retail is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Catering Operations Coordinator to support airline catering operations. In this fast-paced role, you will act as the key link between airline customers and dnata operational teams, managing customer orders, passenger updates, flight changes and operational communications, within a 24/7 environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders, passenger updates and special meal requirements
• Manage and communicate flight, aircraft and operational changes
• Act as the key liaison between airline customers and dnata operational teams
• Maintain accurate data across customer and internal systems
• Support KPI achievement and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with Billing and Accounts teams to ensure data accuracy
• Participate in daily operational meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Adhere to WHS, Food Safety and company standards while delivering excellent customer service

Essential Requirements

• Experience in customer service, airline operations, catering, logistics or a similar environment
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Available to work across a 24/7 roster

Desirable

• Experience using ERP or operational systems
