The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) – Fixed Wing (Mechanical) to join our growing CAR30 maintenance team based at Jandakot Airport, Western Australia.

Candidates must hold a current B1 category LAME licence for fixed wing aircraft maintenance certification.

This is an excellent opportunity for a safety-focused engineer who takes pride in delivering high-quality maintenance and enjoys working in a collaborative aviation environment.

Our fixed wing fleet comprises of Cessna 441's & Cessna 210's

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on fixed-wing aircraft.

  • Certify maintenance activities in accordance with CASA regulations and company procedures.

  • Diagnose and rectify aircraft defects and technical issues.

  • Complete accurate maintenance documentation and aircraft logbook entries.

  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with approved data, manufacturer requirements, and regulatory standards.

  • Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant workshop environment.

  • Support operational requirements, including occasional aircraft recovery or away-from-base maintenance as required.

About You

The successful applicant will have:

  • A current CASA Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence (LAME) with relevant fixed-wing category ratings. (Honeywell TPE331 Engine type rating )

  • Demonstrated experience working on fixed-wing aircraft in a maintenance environment.

  • Strong knowledge of CASA regulations and aviation maintenance requirements.

  • The ability to interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and technical documentation.

  • Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

  • A professional attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.

  • A current driver's licence and the right to work in Australia.
