Key Responsibilities
- Site Surveys: Conduct thorough assessments of the condition and maintenance needs of buildings, facilities, vehicles maintenance and M&E systems in Changi Airport
- Contractor Management: Oversee contractors, ensuring prompt rectification of defects to minimize operational delays and downtime.
- Specification Preparation: Prepare specifications to secure competitive quotes for necessary work.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external contractors, and tenants to ensure smooth operations.
- Project Management: Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
- Innovative Solutions: Develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance the efficiency and productivity of facilities management.
Digital Competencies
- Demonstrated ability to leverage digital technologies and automation to transform maintenance and facilities operations.
- Ability to identify operational challenges and translate them into scalable digital solutions that improve safety, productivity, service quality, and lifecycle asset performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building and facilities management.
- Good stakeholder and project management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
- Possession of a valid Class 3/3A driving license.
