The Opportunity
6-month fixed-term, part-time (minimum 20 hrs/week) Senior Airport Lead in Melbourne, leading flight turnaround and supervising a Ground Handling Agent team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise GHA teams for Cathay flight operations, including flight briefings
- Ensure teams have the product knowledge and skills for a high-quality customer experience
- Execute corporate safety, security and quality policies
- Drive continuous improvement in operational performance
- Manage flight disruptions and irregularities
Essential Requirements
- 3+ years' customer service experience, preferably airline or airport
- Available for shift work, Monday to Sunday
- Strong decision-making and leadership skills
- Unrestricted Australian work rights (no visa sponsorship)
