Brooki Bakehouse is a beloved brand renowned for its delicious, handcrafted cookies and warm, welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for Team Members to join our Brooki store at Brisbane Airport!

As the face of Brooki in every store, our Team Members play a vital role in bringing the Brooki experience to life for every customer, every day. This role is responsible for presenting our products to the highest standard, delivering remarkable customer service, and keeping the store running smoothly and safely.

As a Brooki Team Member, You Will

• Greet and serve every customer with warmth, energy and genuine care, processing sales accurately through the POS system.
• Present and merchandise pre-packaged Brooki products to brand and quality standards, keeping the display well-stocked.
• Complete opening/closing checklists, cleaning, stocktakes and stock rotation (FIFO).
• Follow food safety, allergen and HACCP procedures at all times.

What We're Looking For

• Must already hold a valid ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card) Basic Clearance — essential for this role.
• A warm, friendly and energetic personality, reliable and flexible across a rotating roster, including early mornings, weekends and public holidays.
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality or food service is highly regarded but not essential — full training provided.
