About the Role
Join the Autonomous Air Vehicle Team as a Supply Chain Customer Support Specialist, contributing to operational supply chain planning and warehouse operations that directly support flight test and sustainment activities. Based primarily at RAAF Base Amberley, this role also involves periodic travel to the remote operations range.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse post-production supply chain data to identify reorder points and quantities.
- Enter, track, monitor, and coordinate customer material requirements, delivery requirements, and orders.
- Process material returned from customers.
- Review supplier and customer data related to products and services, including repair capability, capacity, and performance.
- Process documentation for repair items and warranty claims.
Essential Requirements
- A solid understanding of supply chain methodology and processes.
- Previous experience in integrated logistics fundamentals.
- Demonstrated experience with aeronautical product requirements.
- A proactive approach to identifying and driving supply process improvements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using PCs, MS Windows, and the MS Office suite.
- Must be an Australian Citizen to meet NV1 security clearance requirements and willing to undergo the standard government vetting process, including a full life background check. Boeing Defence Australia will sponsor and support this clearance.
