About the Role
BDA is seeking a Project Engineer to join the MQ-28 Ghost Bat program in Brisbane, leading technical execution of capability enhancement projects from concept through to flight demonstration and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end engineering execution of capability projects across Integrated Product Teams
- Develop Statements of Work and assess impact of changes to scope, cost, schedule and resources
- Define and track performance metrics; develop risk mitigation plans
- Lead small technical teams, setting priorities and maintaining accountability
Essential Requirements
- 8+ years in complex technical development and integration projects
- Demonstrated technical leadership directing small teams
- Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance
Desirable
- 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) and Cameo (MBSE/MSOSA) proficiency, Agile experience, Autonomous Systems/Defence domain expertise
