Program Overview
Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) is seeking a Work Management Specialist to join the Air Combat Electronic Attack Support Contract (ACEA) Integration Team to drive enhancements and ongoing execution of the work management and task optimisation system that supports the sustainment of the Royal Australian Air Force's F/A-18F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler fleet. The ACEA program provides in-service support, sustainment and upgrades for electronic attack and self-protection systems that protect Australia's combat aircraft and aircrew, enhancing survivability in contested environments and enabling integration with coalition systems and tactics.
What You'll Get to Do
- Work within a multi-discipline team providing management, prioritisation, and reporting of tasks that drive the sustainment functions of the Program
- Engage and communicate with key stakeholders and leaders across the ACEA enterprise to ensure ongoing adaptive coordination of engineering, maintenance and logistics services
- Participate in regular meetings across the enterprise in support of task coordination
- Gather data and information from multiple corporate and Defence tools, generate reports to support the ACEA Work Management Lead
- Manage and update procedures and processes that support the team in delivering Work Management services to the enterprise
Who We're Looking For
- Experience within an aviation environment
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organise, and prioritise activities while maintaining adherence to policy and procedure
- Strong accountability and ownership in delivering outcomes that positively impact team and program performance
- Proven capability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements
Location
RAAF Base Amberley, with hybrid work options available.
