About the Role
Avpro Maintenance's new maintenance facility is looking for an experienced B1.2 LAME with a current CASA licence and full-time working rights in Australia. This is an opportunity to relocate to Cowra, NSW and enjoy the quiet and peaceful country lifestyle.
You'll be working across a consistently growing fleet of single and twin engine piston aircraft including PA-28 Warrior/Arrow, C206, BE55 Baron, and BE76 Duchess, owned and operated by the local, well-established flight school. This is a small team with growth opportunities and job autonomy, with no weekend work, no shift work, and no Christmas/public holiday work.
A typical work day involves adhoc defect rectification, scheduled maintenance, mentoring junior staff, and assisting in the continuous improvement of the maintenance facility and its mechanical capabilities.
Salary and other relocation/housing/novated leasing compensations are negotiable for the right candidate.
