About the Role
ALG is seeking experienced Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (B1 and/or B2) for a casual, full-time hours position based at Tullamarine, Victoria, working on a 4-on/4-off roster (2 day shifts followed by 2 night shifts). The role is primarily focused on Airbus A320 fleet operations with a leading aviation operator.
Successful candidates will be required to complete the airline's CAN approval process and undertake additional training prior to commencement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support maintenance activities across Airbus fleet operations
- Ensure all work is completed in line with safety, regulatory, and company standards
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing engineering team
Essential Requirements
- Valid CASA Part 66 B1 and/or B2 Licence
- A320 type rating (minimum requirement)
- Recent maintenance and industry experience
- Ability to obtain a Red ASIC and pass a security background check
- Willingness to undergo Drug and Alcohol screening
- Strong commitment to safety and operational compliance

- A320 NEO experience
- B787 experience
