Qualifications & experience:
Familiarity with aviation regulations and compliance, including those issued by aviation authorities such as CASA (preferred)
Tasks & responsibilities:
The Document Control/Technical Administrator reports to the CAM or delegate and is responsible for:
Carry out changes to the Airworthiness suite of manuals as directed and prioritise within allotted times accordingly.
Update, amend, print, and submit to CASA all Airworthiness manuals for approval.
Identify manual changes and compile them for approval in accordance with CASA regulations.
Review manuals on a regular basis and keep a list of changes to be carried out in the next revision.
Provide document control for the Airworthiness suite of manuals, forms, and procedures.
Develop content adhering to corporate style.
Distribute copies of all amendments to manual holders along with the appropriate revision notices.
Maintain a register detailing revision information of all company and OEM CMMs, in consultation with Technical Services.
Maintain the Airworthiness electronic document filing system on both WebManuals and SharePoint.
