Implement, develop, and maintain the company’s security policies and airport security plans in compliance with the National Civil Aviation Security Programme (NCASP).
Observe and identify passengers’ appearance, attire, and behavior, and promptly report any suspicious or unusual activities to the supervisor.
Inspect and assess security measures in operational areas, ensuring that employees comply with applicable laws, security regulations, and the security standards of the company and its clients.
Maintain strict compliance with safety, security, environmental, and customer requirements.
Assess aviation security hazards, threats, and risks, and report findings and recommendations to the supervisor.
Coordinate investigations of accidents and incidents in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Participate in audits conducted by client airlines and relevant regulatory or standards organizations, prepare accurate documentation, and coordinate corrective actions to ensure findings are resolved within the specified deadlines.
Monitor and ensure that employees and subcontractors comply with the company’s and airport’s security regulations and procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in any field. A degree in Aviation, Aviation Security, or a related safety and security discipline will be an advantage.
At least 1 year of experience in security operations or a related field within the aviation industry will be an advantage.
Knowledge of the National Civil Aviation Security Programme (NCASP).
Knowledge of ground handling service standards and the aviation industry.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Good basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
TOEIC score of at least 450.
