The Opportunity
Airnorth is seeking a Cabin Crew Team Leader based in Darwin, reporting to the Manager Inflight Services, providing day-to-day leadership, operational support and guidance to Cabin Crew members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, guidance and support to Cabin Crew members both on and off the aircraft
- Act as key point of contact between Cabin Crew and the Manager Inflight Services
- Coach, mentor and develop Cabin Crew members to achieve high performance and engagement
- Support crew welfare and wellbeing, particularly during overnight operations
- Assist with conflict resolution involving crew members and passengers
Essential Requirements
- Previous Cabin Crew experience within a commercial airline environment
- Demonstrated leadership, supervisory or mentoring experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain an ASIC, First Aid qualification, RSA certification and valid passport
