About the Role

Air China Limited Jakarta Business Department is seeking a Finance Department professional to join its South Jakarta office. This full-time position plays a crucial role in supporting the financial operations and reporting functions of the Jakarta-based business activities, contributing to maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Compile and process financial transactions related to airline operations, revenue, and expenses
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Reconcile bank statements and intercompany transactions
• Support audit procedures and provide documentation to internal and external auditors
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting regulations and Air China's internal accounting policies
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and clarify transactions
• Maintain detailed records and documentation for all financial transactions

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Maximum 30 years old
• Experience in financial accounting, reporting, or a related accounting function, preferably within aviation, hospitality, or international business sectors
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and data entry
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English and Indonesian; Mandarin is a MUST
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and reporting requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
