About the Role

This role manages freight and storage data using CRM and Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness of logistics data and documents in support of the Logistics Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage freight and storage data using CRM and Excel
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of logistics data and documents
• Handle administrative and documentation tasks for logistics projects
• Coordinate with the Logistics team to maintain accurate data and processes
• Monitor and follow up on missing or incorrect data and process issues
• Ensure other departments follow established procedures
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before escalating to the supervisor
• Support accounting-related tasks involving numerical data
• Provide backup support for other Sales Logistics & PLB team activities when needed
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with good negotiation and influencing skills
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, sales support, administration, finance/accounting, or a similar role
• Experience handling documentation, data administration, and large volumes of numerical data
• Experience working with Excel is mandatory; experience with CRM systems is highly preferred
• Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
• Able to work independently and as part of a team; customer-oriented; able to work under pressure and within tight timelines
