The Opportunity
Reporting to the Security Services Manager, the Workforce Planner is responsible for workforce planning and day-of-operations deployment activities, ensuring Adelaide Airport maintains compliant, efficient and appropriately resourced security screening operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and optimise workforce plans across security screening operations
- Support day-of-operations planning with deployment plans and resourcing instructions
- Monitor passenger throughput, queue times and workforce performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Analyse workforce and operational data to support decision-making and forecasting
- Maintain accurate workforce records and data integrity across relevant systems
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in workforce planning, rostering, scheduling or resource planning
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Current ASIC or ability to obtain one upon commencement
Desirable
- Aviation Security (AVSEC) experience
- Understanding of the Aviation Transport Security Act 2004 and Regulations 2005
- Certificate II in Transport Security Protection
