Geospatial and Charter Operations

Immediate Start | Multi-Engine Operations | QLD, Tasmania, NSW and Victoria

360 Aviation Group is seeking a suitably qualified and motivated Line Pilot to join our growing operations, flying multi-engine aircraft across geospatial, survey, charter and specialist aviation work.

This role may operate from company locations and project bases across Queensland, Tasmania, New South Wales and Victoria. Applicants must be willing and available to work at, or be based at, any of these locations as directed by the company.

About the Role

The role involves operating multi-engine aircraft in a commercial environment, including geospatial, survey, charter and specialist aviation operations.

The successful applicant will be required to work independently at times, including away from home base, while also contributing effectively within a team environment under the direction of the HOFO, Director of Operations and senior operational personnel.

The successful candidate must be familiar with maintaining compliance under an operations manual and must take regulatory, safety and paperwork requirements seriously.

Duties may include:

·       conducting line pilot duties on multi-engine aircraft;

·       operating in accordance with company procedures, the operations manual and Part 135 requirements;

·       supporting geospatial, survey, charter and specialist aviation operations;

·       maintaining accurate operational, compliance and flight documentation;

·       planning ahead for away-from-base operations, including accommodation and operational logistics;

·       working cooperatively with the broader 360 Aviation Group team across multiple locations;

·       performing additional hangar and operational support duties as required.

About You

·       willing to work from operational locations in Queensland, Tasmania, New South Wales and Victoria;

·       willing to contribute positively to the company's culture and operational standards;

·       able to commit to a minimum term of 18 months with 360 Aviation Group.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must hold:

·       minimum 600 hours total time;

·       minimum 100 hours multi-engine command;

·       Cessna 400 Series, PA-31,  P68 experience;

·       current instrument rating with all approaches, including circling;

·       current ASIC;

·       current driver's licence;

·       Class 1 Medical with no restrictions other than vision correction;

·       current Dangerous Goods certificate;

·       Part 135 proficiency or demonstrated Part 135 operational capability.

·       Part 138 proficiency or demonstrated Part 138 operational capability.

Desirable Experience

The following will be highly regarded:

·       survey or geospatial flying experience;

·       First Aid certificate;

·       commercial charter experience;

·       experience operating away from base;

·       experience in high-compliance commercial aviation environments.
