About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Agricultural Pilot to join our aerial application operation based in Goondiwindi. The successful applicant will conduct aerial spraying, spreading, seeding and other agricultural aviation services across a diverse range of broadacre and irrigation cropping enterprises in southern Queensland and northern New South Wales. This role requires a professional pilot with excellent operational judgement, strong communication skills and a commitment to safety, regulatory compliance and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct aerial application operations including spraying, spreading and seeding
- Operate aircraft safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures and aviation regulations
- Maintain accurate records of chemical applications, flight hours and maintenance reports
- Liaise with farmers, agronomists and support staff to ensure client requirements are met
- Promote a strong safety culture and comply with all workplace health and safety requirements
- Ensure compliance with environmental and chemical handling regulations
Essential Qualifications
- Current Commercial Pilot Licence (Aeroplane) (CPL(A))
- Current Class 1/2 Aviation Medical Certificate
- Agricultural Pilot Rating
- Demonstrated experience in agricultural flying operations
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak agricultural seasons
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Experience operating turbine agricultural aircraft
- Spray Safe accreditation and knowledge of agricultural products

Typical experience preferred: 500+ Ag turbine flight hours. However, suitably qualified pilots seeking to build agricultural aviation experience are encouraged to apply.
