About the Role
The Storesperson works as part of a team in a highly dynamic environment with challenging deadlines, providing support to the Special Projects Department and Aircraft Maintenance Organization. Activities are undertaken at Xcalibur's facilities located at Jandakot Airport, WA.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and issue parts/kits that keep our engineering team moving efficiently.
- Take ownership of purchasing through Aerotrack, ensuring parts arrive on time and to spec.
- Track, expedite, and communicate order updates.
- Check incoming and outgoing parts for quality, accuracy, and proper documentation.
- Make sure all materials meet aviation certification and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate domestic and international freight to support project timelines.
- Keep records accurate and audit-ready in line with company and aviation standards.
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a stores or inventory role.
- Experience in the General Aviation environment (highly regarded).
- Familiarity with Aerotrack MRO or similar maintenance software.
- High attention to detail, particularly with documentation and compliance.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work with minimal supervision.
