Our successful candidate will have a great opportunity to work for a fast-growing international airline and with a small & supportive team.

Their primary duties include:

  • Prepare and review pre-flight documents.

  • Coordinate with all suppliers for VN's flight following the airline's standard procedures.

  • Coordinating with the GHA for VN's passenger's check-in, embarkation and dis-embarkation. Give advice/instruction to the GHA on the handling of irregular cases on the SM's behalf.

  • Service desk activities such as standby, offload, upgrade, excess baggage and the handling of flight disruption under the SM's direction.

  • Post-flight checks and reports on the airline's CRS/DCS and other internal systems

  • Acting on and/or forwarding passengers claims/complaints to the Sales & Service team

Our successful candidate must have full work right in Australia and meet the below minimum requirements:

  • Being qualified for an Aviation Identification Card (ASIC) issued by Sydney Airport.

  • Proven post HSC preferably TAFE Diploma or equivalent. 

  • Working knowledge of the airline's DCS, GDS & CRS with Amadeus an advantage

  • Proven customer service and problem-solving skills with experience in airline's passenger and flight service a bonus
