Their primary duties include:
Prepare and review pre-flight documents.
Coordinate with all suppliers for VN's flight following the airline's standard procedures.
Coordinating with the GHA for VN's passenger's check-in, embarkation and dis-embarkation. Give advice/instruction to the GHA on the handling of irregular cases on the SM's behalf.
Service desk activities such as standby, offload, upgrade, excess baggage and the handling of flight disruption under the SM's direction.
Post-flight checks and reports on the airline's CRS/DCS and other internal systems
Acting on and/or forwarding passengers claims/complaints to the Sales & Service team
Our successful candidate must have full work right in Australia and meet the below minimum requirements:
Being qualified for an Aviation Identification Card (ASIC) issued by Sydney Airport.
Proven post HSC preferably TAFE Diploma or equivalent.
Working knowledge of the airline's DCS, GDS & CRS with Amadeus an advantage
Proven customer service and problem-solving skills with experience in airline's passenger and flight service a bonus
