If you are the successful candidate, your primary duties will include:
• Prepare and review pre-flight documentation. Monitor all areas relating to flight planning.
• Coordinate with all suppliers for VNA’s aircraft dispatch in accordance with VNA’s standard operational procedure.
• Coordinate VNA’s passenger check-in, embarkation and dis-embarkation process. Give advice and instruction to the GHA on the handling of irregular cases on the SM’s behalf.
• Prepare weekly/monthly flight reports to VNA’s relevant stakeholders and/or Australian Government Agencies. Respond to their inquiries about a specific pax’s booking/flight.
• Handle passenger’s queries/requests at check-in time, in VNA office or via email.
• Utilize VNA’s CRS (Amadeus) to issue/re-issue tickets for ad-hoc cases.
• Utilize VNA’s CRS (Amadeus) for after-sales tasks including pax protection due to VNSC, refund, reroute, rebook, reissue.
Our successful candidate will have full work right in Australia and meet the below requirement:
• Being qualified for an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) issued by Perth Airport
• Having post-WACE education, preferably TAFE or equivalent
• Working knowledge of the airline's DCS, CRS & GDS with Amadeus an advantage
• Proven interpersonal and customer service skills.
