Toll Aviation, part of Toll Government & Defence, is seeking Expressions of Interest from both Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AMEs) and Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (LAMEs) to support our growing fixed wing maintenance operations in Sydney. Whether you're an AME looking to develop your career or an experienced LAME seeking a new challenge, you'll join a professional, safety-focused team supporting critical aviation operations across Australia.
About the Roles – AMEs
- Assist with scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance.
- Support inspections, servicing and defect rectification.
- Complete maintenance documentation and workshop activities.
- Contribute to a strong safety culture.
About the Roles – LAMEs
- Perform and certify maintenance within CASA Part 66 licence privileges.
- Conduct scheduled, unscheduled and AOG maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and rectify aircraft defects.
- Mentor and support maintenance personnel.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
What We're Looking For – AMEs
- Certificate II, III or IV in Aeroskills, or completed aviation maintenance apprenticeship.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Current Australian Driver Licence.
What We're Looking For – LAMEs
- CASA Part 66 Licence (B1.1 and/or B2).
- Fixed wing maintenance experience.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and teamwork.
