Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) is seeking a Maintenance Controller to join the AH-64 Apache sustainment and support team.

The AH-64E Apache program provides advanced attack helicopter capability to the Australian Defence Force, enabling precision strike, armed reconnaissance and close air support. This program sustains a critical combat capability, supports interoperability with coalition partners, and underpins Australia's land and joint operations.

What you'll get to do
Under the ARTOPS they control the daily maintenance effort through the allocation of tasks to individual FRTs. This also includes amending the maintenance plan due to unscheduled maintenance.
MO Planning Timeframe. From current day to one week.
MO Duties:
Responsible for allocation and briefing of tasks to Part 145 FRT IAW endorsed maintenance plan.
Manage allocation of aircraft to Flight Line FRT.
Allocation of priorities for unscheduled maintenance IAW OOTD (Order of the Day - Flying Schedule) and flog rate
Responsible for daily liaison, including maintenance advice, with the Battle Captain .
Arrange aircraft priority for UMTP through BC.
Review the aircraft serviceability and prioritisation of tasks to meet the REGT Flog Rate.
Coordinate the transfer of aircraft between Part 145 and Flight Line FRTs.
Brief the daily aircraft availability to the flying brief.
Who we're looking for
Experience with CAMM2 (desirable)
Experience with fleet planning tools (desirable)
Previous aircraft trades experience.
Security requirement
Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.
