The Opportunity
As Workshop Supervisor at TCR's Adelaide Workshop, you'll lead a team of technicians, manage daily workflow and maintain an accurate parts store.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technicians including daily meetings, task allocation and workflow planning
- Assist in maintaining an accurate and organised parts store, including stock control
- Support technicians, monitor job progress and complete administrative tasks in SAP/FSM
Essential Requirements
- Good communication and organisational skills; hands-on, can-do attitude
- Leadership experience or natural ability to take leadership responsibility
- Relevant trade qualification (LV, HV or Mobile Plant Mechanic) with strong practical technical aptitude
