About the Role
As an Airline Cargo Handling Agent at Melbourne Airport, you'll handle incoming and outgoing cargo with attention to detail, adhering to safety and security protocols. No prior experience required — full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading of cargo, and safe handling/transportation of goods
- Conducting regular inspections of cargo for security and safety compliance
- Accurate documentation and processing of import/export information
- Adherence to all Swissport Standard Operating Procedures
Essential Requirements
- Valid state driver's licence
- Ability to lift up to 32kg and work outdoors in all weather
- Ability to work irregular hours including weekends and public holidays
- Permanent residency or right to work in Australia or New Zealand
